Our Client for this property required a low-maintenance garden that is also modern and attractive with a subtle Mediterranean feel.
We also aimed to provide some privacy from the neighbouring windows and create two pleasant seating areas, which take advantage of the morning and evening sun. 
The garden has a hidden fully automated irrigation system and a low-maintenance planting scheme, so the clients do not need to worry about the plants when they travel abroad and can look forward to a flourishing garden upon their return. 
We used a variety of quality locally sourced materials such Iroko for the pergola, Cumaru decking, lovely natural Sandstone and even some Cor-ten steel around the water feature for a long-lasting finish.
